CrossFit Kids

Great for youngsters ages 9-13.

This program blends fun and functional fitness to build a strong foundation for lifelong health. Let your kids experience the joy of movement while learning essential skills in a supportive and energetic environment.

  • CrossFit Kids classes are designed to be engaging, fun, and age-appropriate while focusing on developing fundamental physical skills, promoting teamwork, and encouraging a lifelong love for fitness.

    Here's how we run our CrossFit Kids classes:

    • Warm-Up: Engage the kids with fun, dynamic warm-up activities to increase heart rate and prepare the body for movement.

    • Skill/Technique Instruction: Introduce a specific move or skill, such as barbell movements (front squats, deadlifts, cleans) or gymnastic skills (wall walks, rope climbs). Focus is on proper form and technique, by breaking down the movement.

    • Workout of the Day (WOD): A high-energy workout that incorporates different skills and movements. WODs are designed to be challenging and engaging for the children. Modifications are made as needed to ensure every child gets the experience in a safe way.

  • Tuesday 4 p.m.-4:50 p.m

    Saturday 10 a.m.-10-:50 a.m.

Class Duration: 60min

Rates:

  • Parent Member: $125 for an 8-pack punch card valid for 3 months

  • Non-Parent: $150 for an 8-pack punch card valid for 3 months

  • 10% off each additional child

CrossFit Lite

Great for bodyweight enthusiasts and beginners.

The class format will follow that of a CrossFit class, the difference being everything is less intense. Non-barbell weights, scaled-down movements, and cardio will be the heart of these classes

  • CrossFit Lite is a modified version of traditional CrossFit, tailored for individuals who prefer a less intense but still effective workout.

    Sessions involve the following:

    • Warm-Up

    • Skill/Technique Instruction

    • Workout of the Day

    • Cool Down

  • Mondays and Wednesday

    6:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

    Tuesday and Thursday

    5:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Class Duration: 30min

Rates:

BootCamp

Great for the beginner to the seasoned athlete.

A mixture of strength exercises and cardiovascular training that will give every muscle in your body a workout.

  • Sessions involve a warm-up, bodyweight exercises, cardio, rotating stations and a cool-down.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays (AM)

    • 5:00am-5:30am

    Tuesdays & Thursdays (PM)

    • 6:15pm-6:45pm

    Saturdays

    • 8:00am-8:30am

CrossFit

Great for the beginner to the seasoned athlete.

Different movements, rep schemes, weights, and time domains. We train functional movements because that's what life demands, and it’s essential to independent living. We focus first on moving well, then on increasing intensity. Intensity is relative, which means the goal is to work hard within the limits of your own physical and psychological capacity.

  • This class follows the traditional CrossFit format, focusing on a combination of weightlifting, body weight movements and cardio exercises to challenge participants and support everyday movements.

    Sessions involve the following:

    • Warm-Up

    • Skill/Technique Instruction

    • Strength or Skill Work

    • Workout of the Day (WOD)

    • Cool Down

  • Monday to Friday

    • 5:30am-6:30am

    • 6:30am-7:30am

    • 9:00am-10:00am

    • 5:00pm-6:00pm

    • 7:00pm-8:00pm

    Saturdays

    • 8:30am-9:30am

Great for older adults and those with physical limitations.

This class focuses on helping you stay active and train every-day, functional movements. Everything is modified to meet individual abilities.

  • This class focuses on maintaining and improving functional fitness, mobility, and strength while addressing the specific needs and goals of mature athletes.

    It offers a supportive and inclusive community where participants can embrace their fitness journey at any stage of life.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays

    • 10:00am-11:00am

Class Duration: 60min

Rates:

  • $15 p/class

  • You pay as you go

Private Training

Great for anyone looking to achieve specific goals.

The trainer develops the program, supervises the client's progress toward the goal and motivates the client to continue.

Clientele may include pregnant mothers, a child who wants to improve at their sport, or a person seeking instruction in muscle toning.

  • These sessions are tailored to each individual and their goals.
